Hi, I’m Frances, founder of “Una cuoca pericolosa”. I’m a journalist, a content creator, a cook in progress and an author. I blog and explore food from Italy and the rest of the world, with recurrent highlights on Tuscan cooking and traditions, since Tuscany is my home region.
